What we collect
When you submit a form on this site or any of our project sites (Sunway Cochrane, Clarissa Langkawi, and others), or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: your name, contact number, email, and property preferences such as budget and suite type.
What we use it for
Only to respond to your enquiry and assist your property purchase: sending price lists and floor plans, arranging viewings, and following up on the specific projects you asked about. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to bulk mailing lists.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our website hosting dashboard (Netlify) and our client records. WhatsApp conversations remain in WhatsApp.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. One WhatsApp message to +60 11-2612 4680 or an email to cheechuen9201@gmail.com is enough — we action deletion requests within 7 days.
