Most agents send you a brochure. I'd rather give you indicative prices by unit type, the realistic rental numbers with their assumptions, and tell you which stacks to avoid — then let you decide at your own pace.

Dated figures.Every price on my sites carries the date it was printed. If it changed, I'll tell you before you view.
Assumptions shown.Projected returns come with the occupancy, nightly-rate and cost assumptions behind them — never a bare percentage.
Financing first.A three-question eligibility check before any viewing, so we don't waste your Saturday on a loan that won't approve.
After-sales.SPA follow-through, handover inspection, and tenancy setup if you're renting out.

John Lim is a registered real estate negotiator, REN 81607, working under PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd. John Lim Properties is the name he markets under. This site covers new-launch projects in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi that he handles as appointed project marketing under PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd.
Which projects do you cover?
Currently: Oxley Towers KLCC next to the Petronas Twin Towers, Binastra Cochrane in the Cochrane area of Kuala Lumpur, and Clarissa Serviced Suites in Pantai Cenang, Langkawi. Selected launches in Bangsar, Bukit Jalil and BBCC are handled on request.
Do you charge buyers any fee?
No. On new-launch purchases the agent's commission is paid by the developer, and you pay the developer's list price — the same price as buying at the sales gallery directly. There is no buyer's fee for any project on this site.
How do I find out what a unit costs?
Send one WhatsApp message to +60 11-2612 4680 naming the project and your budget. You'll get indicative prices by unit type and this week's availability, usually within the hour, 9am–9pm MYT.
